ResourceOne will build-to-suit any number of shelters, according to your specific needs. Shelters can be equipped with optional lighting, heating, schedule holders, bench seating, commercial doors, skirting, signage, and so on. Standard colors are bronze or clear anodized aluminum, but we offer custom painted shelters in any color.

Available options may include but are not limited to:

 Lighting: high pressure sodium or fluorescent fixtures with photocell control with twist timer

 Heating: infrared quartz tube heaters or electric forced air with twist timer
|
•
 Heavy duty exhaust fans: 7-, 10-, and 12-inch exhausts with louvers and wire guard with twist timer
|
•
 Doors: 36" commercial entrances with closure and key lock; 3.5- or 10-inch bottom rail, ADA compliant
|
•
 Air conditioning: according to each shelter’s square footage
|
•
 Glazing: bronze-tinted glass, acrylic, or polycarbonate or matched to existing building(s)

 Ashtrays: wall-mounted mini ashtrays or free standing urns

Seating: clear-coat hardwood or aluminum full length benches, secured

 Removable wind skirt: encloses the shelter walls to the foundation

•
 Windows: projected vent window(s) with optional screen(s)

 Roof: all styles are available
– Dome
– Barrel vault
– Standing seam metal in hip, gable, or Mansard styles
– Flat in aluminum or composite panel construction
